Hi, I’m Kim.
I am passionate about creating a therapeutic space where mind, body, and spirit come together in support of healing and personal growth. As a counselor and yoga teacher, I integrate these disciplines to help you explore emotions, recognize patterns, and move toward a greater sense of well-being—all with warmth, authenticity, and a touch of humor when you need it most.
Originally from Vermont, I relocated with my family to Steamboat Springs, Colorado, in 2023. My career has taken me through diverse settings—from schools and universities to community mental health centers and private practice—but my heart is especially drawn to working with teens, young adults, and women. In addition to counseling, I lead wellness and yoga retreats/workshops in Colorado and Vermont, creating opportunities for deep reflection, renewal, and a little fun along the way.
I believe healing doesn’t have to feel heavy all the time. While I offer a compassionate, mind-body approach to therapy, I also bring warmth, positivity, and a genuine ability to relate to people from all walks of life.
